Conceptually, Mistral KOP exudes a similar ethos, boasting Michelin-quality chefs, a fast-paced shared plates service model, and fresh contemporary ingredients that produce exceptional flavors. Menu items differ from Mistral Princeton to reflect the highest quality ingredients Montgomery County’s local farms, aquaculturists and butchers have to offer.
Mistral KOP features seating for 111 guests, including an 18-seat bar, and as weather permits, outdoor seating for 48. Mistral’s bar highlights a full craft cocktail menu, along with a variety of beer, wine and spirits.

Now, Mistral Restaurant offers chefs Scott Anderson the chance to create ever-changing, seasonal offerings that can be adjusted to the prevailing winds of their unsurpassed creativity and taste.
Mistral delivers Michelin-quality chefs, a fast-paced shared plates service model and fresh contemporary ingredients that produce exceptional flavors. To achieve this standard, the team seeks collaboration with local purveyors to source the highest quality ingredients available, working daily with local farms, butchers and aquaculturists in the King of Prussia area and beyond.
