Conceptually, Mistral KOP exudes a similar ethos, boasting Michelin-quality chefs, a fast-paced shared plates service model, and fresh contemporary ingredients that produce exceptional flavors. Menu items differ from Mistral Princeton to reflect the highest quality ingredients Montgomery County’s local farms, aquaculturists and butchers have to offer.

Mistral KOP  features seating for 111 guests, including an 18-seat bar, and as weather permits, outdoor seating for 48. Mistral’s bar highlights a full craft cocktail menu, along with a variety of beer, wine and spirits.

Chef Anderson is a four years running James Beard semi-finalist for Best Chef in the Mid-Atlantic region and has been acclaimed a vanguard of modern Global-American cuisine. Anderson also oversees Mistral’s sister restaurant “elements” in Princeton. Opinioned About Dining recently named elements #27 on a list of the Top 100 Restaurants in the U.S. Both Mistral and elements are also annually awarded in NJ Monthly’s 25 Best Restaurants in NJ list, including the most recent 2016 roundup.

The word “Mistral” derives from a strong Mediterranean wind that sweeps through, bringing fresh air and clearing weather to those sailing upon the sea. Now, Mistral Restaurant offers chefs Scott Anderson and Craig Polignano the chance to create ever-changing, seasonal offerings that can be adjusted to the prevailing winds of their unsurpassed creativity and taste.

Mistral delivers Michelin-quality chefs, a fast-paced shared plates service model and fresh contemporary ingredients that produce exceptional flavors. To achieve this standard, the team seeks collaboration with local purveyors to source the highest quality ingredients available, working daily with local farms, butchers and acquaculturists in the King of Prussia area and beyond.
