Executive Chef, Scott Anderson has evolved from the “chef to watch” to the “chef everyone is watching.” Following the critically acclaimed success of elements, co-owners Anderson and Steve Distler bring Princeton another showcase celebration of contemporary cuisine with Mistral. With its fast pace, small plates and focus on fresh, vibrant, local fare, Mistral offers a stunning mix of taste, style and atmosphere. The variety and inventiveness of the menu truly bring a breath of fresh air to Princeton’s dining community, many of whom consider Mistral one of the best restaurants in the area.

Both Scott and Ben were named as 2014 James Beard Foundation Award Semi-Finalists — Scott for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic, and Ben for Rising Star Chef of the Year.
